Blå Salen (The Blue Room), laid out in conference style, has capacity for up to 238 people in cinema seating, or it can accommodate a few more if your event involves standing and mingling, and a few less if the guests are to be seated at tables. Blå Salen features a terraced seating platform which can be stored away to create space for a trade fair or an exhibition, such as a boat show, for example – room for at least one boat! If you know of a good singer who you would like to perform for you, then Blå Salen is the perfect place to stage a performance too. We love the local music group Öbarna. Why not book them?

A party on the roof?

On our top floor right under the eaves, almost touching the sky, we have a function room called Vinden (The Attic) which provides the perfect setting for declarations of eternal love. Or for celebrating a 50th birthday. Or why not a 28th? The room looks out towards the north and west with a full view of what’s happening on the island of Marstrand, and which boats are sailing into the northern entrance to the harbour. There is capacity here for up to 240 people. We can also provide binoculars for you if you like.
