CAPTIVATING MEETINGS

Across the water from our hotel, the Carlsten Fortress guards its island. It has been doing so since 1658 and has a very exciting history to tell.

Your guide takes you through time and space and back to centuries when the fortress was an active part our society. Listen to stories about the many prisoners which build the fortress as part of their sentence.

DIGITAL MEETINGS

Do you need to connect with colleagues digitally? No problem. We have the equipment you need. Camera, loudspeaker and microphone is included in the kit. A remote control is also included, making it easy for you to remotely control the camera as well as turn the volume up or down. We will also help you getting started and make sure the equipment works before you meeting starts.

SAFE TO VISIT

The safety of our guests is our priority. To help reducing the spread of Covid-19 we have taken the following actions:
• Whenever possible we will upgrade you to a larger conference room.
• Hand sanitizer is available in all conference rooms as well as communal areas.
• Coffee breaks are spread out to avoid crowding.
• Lunch and dinner slots are allocated to avoid all guests eating at the same time.
• Access to spa only during given time slot.

LARGER EVENTS?

No problem. We have banquet halls for up to 500 people. Perhaps you are quite a few people gathering and there is a lot at stake and the task to plan a conference out of the ordinary feels daunting?
