Conference in all its glory, but what makes the participants remember the conference? Was it that PowerPoint presentation or that statistics? No, it is an activity that not only brightens you up and is built on team spirit, but also makes it into something extraordinary and memorable. 

An activity does not need to be advanced or expensive. Seven minutes. That is all it takes to "walk around the house" as we say. On the way you will get dazzled by the sea while you will discover the iconic silhouette by Marstrand and oxygenates the brain. Bring a cup of coffee and sit down at one of the benches for some reflection. Maybe it is at this moment the next big idea will be born?

THE COLD DIP

A cold bath is a completely unique experience and feeling. Human beings have done this at all times and its effects on health and the body is well documented. Taking a cold dip in the ocean together is a unique and memorable activity where we are with you throughout the journey.

We start with a short introduction to "the cold dip" and its 10 commandments, followed by a warming and aromatic experience in our classic northern sauna. Thereafter we take a short walk to the jetty. To the brave ones, a warming punch in the spirit of Oscar the 11th will be served.

FISHING, SHELLFISH OR LOBSTER TRIP

You will be picked up at our jetty by well-equipped sport fishing boats. With skilled skippers, it does not take long before it starts to jerk the rod. An experience like no other. During the lobster period, it is lobster fishing that applies.

GEO EVENT

An exciting quiz experience.

With the help of an app, your mission is to find excellent positions and solve tasks such as physical challenges, group moments or questions. Most points win. The questions can be adapted to your company. For example, your CEO can ask a question via a video clip. An activity where the group together discovers Marstrand.

GUIDED TOUR AR CARLSTEN'S FORTRESS

Get answers to the questions you always asked.

At the time it went, penal work on Marstrand was the most severe punishment one could get. So what was it like to be a prisoner at Carlsten's fortress? Or a soldier for that matter? In any case, there was no dancing on roses, we can promise yoú that.

RIB TOUR WITH PIT STOP

SAILING WITH THE SWEDISH SAILING COMPANY

As a partner of the Swedish Sailing Company and our national team sailors in the SWE Sailing Team, Marstrands Havshotell has the pleasure of offering our conference guests a unique opportunity to sail on Marstrand. Together with skilled instructors, you are guided in the art of sailing. You get to try rigging the boats, steering, forging, tuning and much more on board the boats. No previous experience is required and before the session is over, you have raced against each other in a wonderfully entertaining activity. This is an activity that builds team spirit.

Support each other, sweat and have fun. This is a way to strengthen cohesion. Our sessions with an instructor are adapted based on the group. Examples of workouts are circuit training (with different stations for strength and fitness), spinning, yoga, pilates or dance workouts.
