When is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out before 11 am. If you arrive at the hotel earlier you are more than welcome to put your luggage in our luggage room and we will of course, if desired, check you in if the room is ready for you.
Do we have access to the spa if you are staying at the hotel?
When you have completed your booking you always receive a booking confirmation. In the confirmation it is clearly described what is included in your booking. If you by any reason do not receive your booking confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com
Do you have a gym?
Yes, we do have a gym and a group training area that is always included when you are staying with us.
Do you have parking? If yes, is parking permission needed?
The hotel has 105 parking lots reserved for our staying guests. We charge 85 SEK per day. We do not guarantee that there will parking available for you and the parking can not be pre-booked. Is the parking full we refer you to the public parking lots nearby. Upon arrival, ask for parking permission in the reception. The parking is valid until 12 noon on departure day.
Can we bring our dog to the hotel?
Yes, we are happy to welcome dogs in special hotel rooms, certain parts of the lobby and also with a separate entrance. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and say that you plan to bring your dog and we will put it on the booking. It costs 400 SEK/night for the dog to stay with us.
If I want to cancel my booking, what do I do?
In your booking confirmation, you will find what cancellation rules we have for exactly your booking. If you have booked online through our website, you have a link in your booking confirmation that you can click on to easily cancel the booking. Cancellation can be made free of charge according to the cancellation rules in the confirmation.
- Packages must be canceled no later than 18, three days before arrival
- Only accommodation must be canceled no later than 18 the day before arrival
- After this we charge 100% of the value of your booking.
If you have booked with an external booking channel, like Booking.com, Expedia or Hotel specials, the cancellation needs to take place directly with them.
Do we need to prepay our booking?
Yes, to guarantee your booking you have to pay in advance. If you have a gift card or voucher, your booking may need to be paid at the front desk. Then contact the hotel to inform us about this. Please note that the fact that you have not paid for your booking does not mean that it will be canceled automatically. Without the booking confirmation, the current cancellation policy still applies.
Are extra beds available?
Yes, we have hotel rooms that have space for extra beds. Do you want to book an extra bed, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
I would like to buy a gift card, how do I proceed?
You can easily buy a gift card on our website and print it yourself. Otherwise, you can come by the hotel and buy it at our front desk. The gift card can thereafter be used on the entire hotel.

Do you accept cash?
We are a cash free facility. We accept debit- and credit cards from Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept Diners Club.
